1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BuildHaul, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Platform Description

BuildHaul is a marketplace connecting construction companies with verified truck drivers for material hauling. We facilitate connections but are not a party to agreements between users.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• Drivers must maintain valid CDL credentials
• Companies must provide accurate business information

4. Fees and Payments

• BuildHaul charges a 12% platform fee on completed transactions
• Optional instant payouts incur a 1.5% fee
• All payments are processed through Stripe
• Users are responsible for applicable taxes

5. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Circumvent platform fees through off-platform transactions
• Harass or abuse other users
• Use the platform for illegal purposes

6. Limitation of Liability

BuildHaul is not liable for disputes between users, delivery issues, or damages arising from use of the platform. We provide the marketplace; users are responsible for their transactions.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may close their accounts at any time through account settings.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
